Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location was a major highlight for us, being close to the city center and right by the train station. The rooms, though small, were clean and fresh-looking. The service was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage without extra charges. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, with limited options available.
The hotel is situated just down the street from Copenhagen Central Station in vibrant Vesterbro, making it super convenient for a one-night stay over. While the location is excellent, it did feel a bit dodgy being approached by street professionals offering drugs nearby. The rooms, though with odd shower placement over the toilet, still had noise from renovations and other guests. The dining options were overpriced, considering plenty of food places in the area were available.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lacking storage for clothes and some sockets were not working properly, which was a downside. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the service pleasant. The location was convenient and close to the central station, but there were some concerning issues with the surrounding area. The dining options were decent, and the buffet offered a variety of good-quality food. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but with room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Tivoli and Central station, making it perfect for exploring the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though a bit basic without a kettle. The service was top-notch, with super welcoming staff. The location is very central but in a mixed district, offering easy access to transportation and attractions. The dining experience was impressive with a variety of food options. Overall, a great value for the price.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite the very small and poorly soundproofed rooms, they were quite clean and well-furnished. The service was exemplary, with extremely helpful staff despite being short-handed. The location was convenient, just a stone's throw away from Copenhagen Central Station. Dining options were available at an extra cost, slightly overpriced, but decent. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.
My stay at Centrum Hotel was alright, but not exceptional. The rooms were just okay, especially for the money we paid, and I ended up waiting in the lobby for over 4 hours which was not pleasant. The service was generally good with extremely pleasant and helpful staff; however, there was an unpleasant receptionist encounter. The location was excellent, being close to the central station, making it easy to explore the city, but there were some concerns about the area around the hotel. The dining experience was satisfying with lots of choices and variety, and the facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room, although compact, had all the amenities I needed such as a comfy bed, TV, and excellent washroom. It was quiet and clean, but I did experience some noise from people and bars in the street, along with ongoing renovation work outside. The courtyard view at the back was really pretty.
